With a professional background rooted in people engagement and organisational development, she brings outstanding communication skills, natural empathy and an unwavering commitment to nurturing others.

As a trained Samaritan listener, Sharon creates a warm, compassionate space where everyone feels seen, heard and cared for. Her expertise in planning and delivering high-quality events from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences, ensures that every Maia Collective retreat runs seamlessly and with thoughtful attention to detail.

Kindness and care are in her DNA. As a devoted mother and proud grandmother, Sharon understands the emotional journey of motherhood from every angle. Whether it’s welcoming guests with a smile, ensuring every detail is just right, or offering a listening ear, she brings a uniquely personal and deeply nurturing presence to Maia Collective.

When she’s not co-creating beautiful retreat experiences, you’ll find Sharon enjoying time with her family and friends, exploring new destinations, or sharing good food — ideally all at once.

Victoria

Victoria is an NMC registered midwife and experienced midwifery lecturer, holding a BSc in Midwifery and an MSc in Reproduction and Development. She has always been deeply fascinated by the biological underpinnings of human development and prior to training as a midwife gained a BSc in Biological science, a passion that continues to shape her clinical and educational work.

With almost a decade of experience in midwifery, Victoria has cared for women and families across a wide range of settings, from community-based care to high-acuity labour wards. Her career has also taken her into higher education, where she has taught and mentored the next generation of midwives. Alongside her academic work, she has contributed to regional and national projects as a maternity clinical fellow with NHS England and supported expectant parents through private antenatal education.

Victoria is also a mother herself and understands both the joy and the intensity of the transition into motherhood. Her natural warmth, empathy and deep respect for women underpin everything she does and are at the heart of the experience she brings to Maia Collective.

She believes that women deserve not only support, but also moments of genuine care, comfort and indulgence during pregnancy and their of motherhood. journey This belief was the seed from which Maia Collective grew, a space where modern motherhood meets expert care and conscious wellbeing.
